CONTEST PERIOD: The sweepstakes are conducted throughout the year and winners are drawn two times per year, during the last weeks of July and December, 2022.

HOW TO ENTER: You can enter the sweepstakes by following the on-screen entry instructions and registering online at www.rancherofood.com and www.laguadalupana.com. Complete the entry form and submit during the entry period. Limit one entry per person during the entry period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

ENTRY FORM REQUIREMENTS: Entry Form requires the entrant’s full name, phone number, address, and e-mail address.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By registering to enter the sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. All entries become the property of Authentico Foods, which is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of official entry forms will be accepted. By entry into these sweepstakes, entrants consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit one prize award (two ticket vouchers) per person. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the end of the stated entry period, notice will be posted at www.rancherofood.com and www.laguadalupana.com.

PRIZES: Two round trip ticket vouchers to Mexico (options of various locations) will be drawn and awarded at the end of each of the two sweepstakes periods. These ticket vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Total prize value: $850 Dollars. The potential winner will have up to 21 days, from the time he/she is notified, to claim the tickets, otherwise the award will be void.

DRAWING: The first sweepstakes potential winner will be determined in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received on the last week of July, among all entries submitted from 9:00 AM CST from April 1 to 5:00 PM CST on July 25, 2022. The second sweepstakes potential winner will be determined in a random drawing, on the last week of December, among all entries submitted from 6:00 PM CST on July 26 to 5:00 PM CST on December 24, 2022. The drawings will take place at the offices of Authentico Foods, 4545 South Tripp Avenue, Chicago IL 60632. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within 5 business days of the drawing date. Potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within [14] days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes are open only to residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older as of April 1, 2022. Expressly excluded from this sweepstakes are employees of Authentico Foods, Inc. their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household. The sweepstakes are subject to all federal, state (in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois), and local laws of the United States. Void where prohibited.

WINNER’S IDENTITY: OFFICIAL RULES. Prize winners’ name, photograph, and general information, as well as a version of these Official Rules, will be posted on the web sites of El Ranchero and La Guadalupana.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Authentico Foods, Inc. will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to  entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this  sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). If, in the administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed  appropriate by the  administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a  potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of law’s provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
